So sad Dr. Hicks has retired he was the best. Now that he is no longer there I wouldn't go back the Vets and staff are incompetent, and watch the padding of the bill. If Dr. Hicks wasn't there to diagnose my pet she would be dead guaranteed. They also will not allow you to even see your pet after an operation until the bill is paid . Dealing with Dr. Hicks for over 20 years and never has he done that. Just so people know Westside is no longer the same and I would never bring any of my pets there again. I do not recommend them.
