She will just pop her head in the room while support staff handles entire appointment. Asking questions to her was like pulling teeth. Brittany Grace Shook and her staff gave no instructions with medications without telling us to "read the bottle". Support staff is always extremely rude and disrespectful. They treat you like you should have gone to school to be a vet, even though only one person at that practice actually did. They turn off the phones well before business closes. When I finally had to pull our pets from the practice due to the many issues and asked for my dogs medication, the support staff said they will talk to Brittany Grace Shook. When I asked why as it was heartworm meds and we wanted as little of contact as possible the support staff told us "I don't give a shit" multiple time.
Dr. Grace is everything a vet should be. Her passion for animals and healing, along with her thorough knowledge of her field, is evident in everything from the smile she greets you with to the courteous, confident manner she handles each visit.
