Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Lien dÂ’Hespeel has known that being a veterinarian was her calling since as long as she can remember. Her love of animals began as a young child born in Belgium, and continued as she was raised in Sarasota, Florida. She started to explore the veterinary field by working in a veterinary neurology clinic in Sarasota while completing a Bachelors in Animal Sciences at the University of Florida in 2007, with a Minor in Business. She then continued on to to earn her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree in 2011 at the University of Florida. Lien dÂ’Hespeel has known that being a veterinarian was her calling since as long as she can remember. Dr. LienÂ’s hobbies and interests include traveling, boating, going to the beach, horseback riding, arts/design, culture, cuisine, and music. She has 2 domestic shorthair cats named Stella and Black Betty, which she adopted while in vet school. Dr. Lien is very excited to join Animal Oasis Vet Hospital as an Associate Veterinarian as of June 6, 2011 and to get to know the Naples community as her new home.
