Dr. Horn acquired Florida Veterinary League in 2001 and has achieved his vision to make FVL the leading Veterinary Clinic on the Treasure Coast by combining a highly qualified and compassionate staff with affordable pricing. The practice has expanded to a beautiful state of the art modern animal hospital with exemplary staff veterinarians, a very caring support & technical staff and a dedicated Pet Pharmacy. Dr. Horns special interest in Orthopedic Surgery and Soft Tissue Medicine as well as Dentistry and General Surgery has brought him recognition and clients from all over the Treasure Coast and beyond. His 26 years of experience as a Small Animal Veterinarian includes founding the Brooklyn Veterinary Emergency Service in 1992. His Education includes an undergraduate degree from The University of Pennsylvania and a Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Cornell. He has extensive training in Orthopedics, Soft Tissue Surgery, Internal Medicine, Emergency and Critical Care. He is currently training in advanced Ultrasound. He is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, the Florida Veterinary Medical Association and the Treasure Coast Veterinary Medical Association and is on the Board of the Dogs For Life Assistance Dog Training Program.
