Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Alex started her veterinary career as a technician at Hamby Road Animal Hospital in 2000. After graduating from Milton High School, she completed her undergraduate degree at Auburn University, followed by Veterinary School at St. Georges University, and later finishing at University of Florida. Dr. Alex and her husband, David, moved to Nashville for several years where she worked in a small animal practice. In 2010 they decided to return to their roots and move back to the Atlanta area, and to join the team at Hamby Road Animal Hospital once again. In her free time she loves to play tennis and garden. She lives in Cumming with her husband, her daughters (Harper, and Isla),three dogs (Gator, Sophia, and Charlie), and two cats (Brinley and Onion)
