My yellow lab was bitten by a copperhead and we called ahead as we were driving the furry boy to the emergency vet. the receptionist was great and took all our info on the way and made sure that they were equipped to handle a bite and made sure antivenom was available so we didnt waste any time driving the rest of the way in case she needed to find us somewhere else to go. when we arrived, they were ready for us and Jebbo was taken back to see the vet immediately. could have asked for a better experience while dealing with a semi catastrophic situation. once she had assessed the boy she gave us multiple of scenarios and a range of treatment options, complete with pricing so we knew exactly what the process would be before she began said treatment.10/10 would go again, but i hope i dont have to. Exceptional
