Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Avra is a 1981 graduate of the University of Georgia. Originally from Atlanta, Dr. Avra has lived in Forsyth County since 1981. He practiced large and small animal medicine prior to founding Forsyth Animal Hospital in 1985. Dr. Avra has a special interest in small animal surgery and has completed post graduate courses in joint surgery, fracture repair, cancer management and canine reproduction. Dr. Avra has also completed over 650 hours of continuing education. Dr. Avra's passion is surgery and he accepts cases from a number of neighboring clinics.
