Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Alex HillDr. Alex Hill graduated from Harvard University with a liberal arts degree in 1987. After wading through the shark infested waters of Wall Street for a few years, he decided to head south to work with safer animals. He graduated from the University of Georgia, College of Veterinary Medicine in 1997.He has since gained a broad range of experience with the care and treatment of small animals by working with a number of excellent veterinarians in both the emergency and critical care environment (Savannah Veterinary Emergency Hospital) and that of general practice (Charleston, SC; Lake Orion, MI; and Wilmington, NC). Since December 2008, he has been able to use his education and experience to mold Central Animal Hospital into the practice it is today. Dr. Hill shares his life with his three best friends, Stoney (Lab/Pit mix), JoJo (Pit Bull) and Eli (German Shepherd mix). When he has time, he enjoys a round of golf, fishing and exploring the coastal waters.
