Veterinarian Overview
My name is Dr. Abigail Krause and I became a member of the Family Pet Hospital team in January 2014. I grew up on a farm in Illinois and earned my Bachelors degree at University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. I then went on to Iowa State University in Ames, Iowa to earn my Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 2011. I particularly enjoy soft tissue surgery. My husband, Brian, and I have a daughter. Clara, and a yellow lab named Maggie. In my free time I enjoy horseback riding, reading and baking.
