Dr. Mike O’Donnell opened Tipton Veterinary Services in 1991. He grew up on a livestock and grain farm in Ottawa, Illinois. He is a 1985 graduate of Iowa State University College of Veterinary Medicine. He and his wife Sue have 3 children and live with their dog Junior and their cat Karen. Dr. O’Donnell enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine.
