Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Kristin Shoemaker received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Iowa State University in 2006. Originally from Morningside College, Dr. Kristin Shoemaker earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology in 2001. Dr. Shoemaker practiced at a small animal clinic in Dubuque, Iowa before joining the staff at Klima Small Animal Clinic in June 2007. Kristin is married with a step-daughter, Skyler, and also shares her home with three cats (Joey, Frankie, and Molly) and a crazy Boston Terrier named Murphy. In her spare time, Dr. Shoemaker enjoys reading, cooking, and spending time with family.
