Veterinarian Overview
Passionate for high-quality animal medicine, Dr. Koehler is driven to provide nothing short of exemplary care for her clients and their pets. She received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine in 2016. While earning her degree, Dr. Koehler traveled to Thailand where she volunteered at an Elephant sanctuary. She also volunteered in Nicaragua for a spay/neuter mission. Reflective of her skill and experience, she is a proud member of the American Veterinary Medical Association and the Illinois Veterinary Medical Association. In her free time, Dr. Koehler savors time reading, painting, baking, and all things outdoors. She shares her home with Doogan, a black Labrador mix, and Pumpkin, a feline friend.
