We had recently moved to Genoa from out of state and I was concerned about finding a vet I could trust. We have 2 geriatric cats and I needed to continue medicine for one of them. I was able to get an appointment within a week and had the cats' medical records sent to Genoa Animal Hospital. All I can say is Dr. Seneczko was great. I could tell he had reviewed "my eldest's" records by the questions he asked me and explained everything he wanted to do for Tubby in language I understood. We've been with him for the past 6 months; he always gets back to me, personally, with lab results and plan of care. I could not be more pleased to have lucked out in finding Dr. Seneczko. I don't want to forget the office staff who are as amazing as Dr. S. They also show concern and courtesy to both the "parent" and the "child". They are friendly and take the extra step to give me good customer service. The office is not fancy, but it is very clean. I can't recommend Genoa Animal Hospital staff and Dr. S enough.
