Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Carole Dill grew up in Chicago and attended Chicago Public grammar schools before entering Lourdes High School on the City?s southwest side. She studied animal sciences for three years at the University of Illinois Urbana- Champaign campus before being accepted into the veterinary program. Dr.Dill graduated in 1993 with honors from the University of Illinois - College of Veterinary Medicine. After her first year and a half out of school Dr. Dill practiced small animal medicine at a small animal hospital in Chicago. She joined VCA Worth Animal Hospital as a full time veterinarian in December of 1994. She is thrilled by the long term client and pet relationships she has developed and enjoyed throughout the years. Dr. Dill is busy with her two daughters and also helps her husband Mark with his photography business. Furry and feathered family members include Gherkin, a female golden retriever with a penchant for ingesting rocks and other items, a Lovebird named Tidbit, and a "stray" parakeet named Owy. Dr. Dill?s free time is mostly spent enjoying the things that keep her family occupied. Whether she is helping coach the T-Ball and Baseball teams, assisting with the Girl Scout Troop, or lending a hand in the preschool classroom, time spent with her family is most precious to Dr.Dill. Gardening and bicycling are special treats that she looks forward to during the warmer seasons.
