Veterinarian Overview
I am a 2013 Graduate of the University of Illinois, College of veterinary medicine. Before Veterinary school, I attended the University of Illinois for my undergraduate degree in animal science and graduated high school from Illini Central in Mason City.I joined the Greenhaven team as an associate veterinarian in July of 2014, but before that I had worked as a veterinary assistant and intern at Greenhaven through college and veterinary school. My veterinary interests include small animal orthopedic and soft tissue surgery and internal medicine, as well as large animal herdhealth. I enjoy working in a mixed practice environment and I look forward to the day to day surprises this atmosphere brings.My husband, John, and I both grew up in Mason County and were married in 2011. At home we have a son, Kaleb, and a rambunctious English pointer named "Oskee." In my spare time you can find me cooking, baking, spending time outside or with family. I am excited to be a part of the Greenhaven team and look forward to meeting you.
