Veterinarian Overview
Ever since 1st grade, Dr. Andrew Sheridan wanted to become a veterinarian and a baseball player. Unfortunately, his baseball career ceased after high school. He received his undergraduate and veterinary degrees from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign. He has found a special interest in neurology, internal medicine, and soft tissue surgery. Dr. Sheridan worked in private practice for 3 years prior to joining the staff at Boone.Dr. Sheridan and his wife Aurora, share their home with a chow chow mix named Care Bear. In his free time he enjoys biking, travelling, playing sports and playing the piano. Being a native of Chicago, Dr. Sheridan is a die hard fan of the Bears, Blackhawks, Bulls and Cubs -- and will always root for the Fighting Illini!
