The absolute worst vet experience I've ever had. After I spent all night listening to my dog cry in pain, I was relieved to know I was going to be able to get her in right away (thanks to the West Michigan Vet Clinic). Little did I know it'd be my last visit to this once entrusted clinic. Upon entry to the exam room Peter Johnson was anything but pleasant. He initially requested that I lift my 64 lb. dog onto the table. To which I simply agreed, though an odd request. I tried to explain to him what I thought the issue might be (the same issue that I had discussed with a different vet my previous visit) to which he was extremely dismissive and argumentative. This I found odd since he's supposed to be there to provide comfort and answers. Instead, he only provided a cold demeaner. He then proceeded to tell me that since both him and I were so unhappy with the experience that I could go find a different vet. After waiting two hours to not even have my dog touched by the man, I am HIGHLY disappointed and think this man needs a lesson in professionalism!
