Veterinarian Overview
Hello! My name is Dr. Kelly Kirk. I grew up in Mitchell, Indiana. I attended Purdue University where I earned my BS in Biology in 1992 and a Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine in 1995. I established Kirk Veterinary Service, Inc. in Orleans, Indiana in 1996. I am a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, the Indiana Veterinary Medical Association, the American Association of the Human-Animal Bond Veterinarians, a director of the Orleans Chamber of Commerce, President of the Mitchell Football Boosters, and Treasurer of the Mitchell Volleyball Boosters. I live with my husband, Jamie, and our teenage triplets- Krista, Austin, and Tyler- where we surround ourselves with a variety of pets. We have two English Bulldogs, Maddee and Mimzy; one Golden Retriever, Willow; one Red Heeler, Cooper; one Rat Terrier, Nicky; five house cats: Amber Kitty, Ducky, Fuzzy, Chance and Socks; one rabbit, Ace; and one land tortoise, London. Plus, we have a variety of farm animals. My family and I also own and operate Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt in Bedford, Indiana. I am an avid snowmobiler, and enjoy boating, hiking, flower gardening, and reading.
