Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Lisa Polazzi is a graduate from Cornell University, where she majored in Animal Science. Following her stay at Cornell, Dr. Polazzi attended the Purdue University School of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Polazzi went on to complete a dual internship at North Carolina State University and a private emergency clinic in North Carolina. Prior to joining the North Central Veterinary Emergency Center, Dr. Polazzi worked at an emergency clinic in Atlanta, Georgia. She enjoys spending time with her dogs. Spare time activities include teaching and training her dogs in agility and fly ball, hiking, reading, and traveling. Dr. Polazzi has also been one of 2 County veterinarians for La Porte County for over a year. She has also been an active volunteer with the Dog Agility Project in Porter County.
