Veterinarian Overview
Ken Miller, DVM is a native Hoosier and received his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree also from Purdue University. Since graduation in 1975, he has resided and practiced veterinary medicine in Monroe County. He has been married to his wife and best friend for 43 years and they have two grown children, Anne and Paul.He quickly adopted the area as not only a place to do business but as his home and the community in which he wanted to be actively involved. He has served as a volunteer with many different community organizations, including: Stinesville Lions Club, Monroe County Fall Festival, RBBCSC Foundation, Community Foundation of Bloomington and Monroe County, Monroe County 4H, Lilly Scholarship Selection Committee, Precision Health Grant Committee, Childrens Farm Festival, and the board of directors of the BBP Water Corporation.Dr. Kens professional career covers 39 years of which he spent the first 32 as a partner/owner of Arlington Heights Animal Hospital with his brother Bob. After the sale of that practice in 2007, he stayed on as a staff veterinarian for 7 additional years. His career has included the practice of medicine and surgery for horses, cattle, hogs, dogs, cats and pocket pets. Though he has experienced and enjoyed a wide variety in his professional career, his greatest interest has always been and remains in theareaofpreventative medicine and health maintenance of dogs and cats. Dr. Ken is excited to bring his years of experience in veterinary medicine and partner with Dr. Grant to provide compassionate, high quality, professional care for your pets in the convenient and stress-free environment of your home.
