Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Shamburg grew up on a family farm south of Topeka, KS. She graduated with a Bachelors degree in Agriculture from KSU in 2011, and received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from KSU in 2013. She practiced as a mixed animal practitioner in Lindsborg, KS for a couple years before joining the team at Town and Country Vet in 2015. Dr. Shamburg is our main small animal veterinarian and her interests include internal medicine and soft tissue surgery of small animals.Dr. Shamburg enjoys spending her free time with her husband, Adam, and their daughter, Avery. They also have 3 four-legged kids named Mec, Sam, and Jase who keep them busy
