Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Bill Rollins grew up in Topeka and is a graduate of Seaman High School. He attended Kansas State University where he earned Bachelor of Science degrees' in both Biology and Animal Science and a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine Degree. Dr. Rollins started his animal practice from scratch in 1991 and has been practicing in the Topeka area since then. He is assisted by his wife Kelley Rollins who helps manage the practice.
