Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Janet Arnet was born in Maryland and moved with her parents to the family farm outside of El Dorado. She attended Circle High School and was the valedictorian of her class at graduation. She went on to Kansas State University, where she was accepted into the Early Admissions Program for Pre-Veterinary Scholars. She majored in Animal Sciences and Industry. As an undergraduate, she was involved in many organizations, including the Pre-Vet Club, Kansas State Equestrian team and the Alpha Zeta Honorary Fraternity.Dr. Janet Arnet is a 2012 graduate of the College of Veterinary Medicine at Kansas State University. She was trained in all aspects of companion animal preventative care, internal medicine, and surgery. She completed the optional Veterinary Dental Education course to enhance her knowledge of common dental pathology encountered in practice. During these four years, she was active in the Student Chapter of the AAEP, the Veterinary Business Management Association and the Student Chapter of the AVMA. She was a mentor for the Early Admissions Program for Pre-Veterinary Scholars. She and her husband, Kevin have 1 child, as well as 4 fur kids, Happy,
