My dog saw Dr Greer at Urgent Care Vet. The tech Gabbie was very helpful and kind.
Dr Greer saw my dog and his lab results for maybe 10 minutes. She would not listen to my feedback about my pet. I have had my pet for 14 years and have been through a lot of health issues with him. Dr Greer even commented to me that she had been a vet for 24 years. That is never a good sign that the vet sees you as a partner in your pet's care and health decisions.
The area was newer and clean.
Urgent Vet advertises they are cheaper than the emergency vet. They piece together the tests and treatment which ended up being more that the local emergency vet, Metropolitan. Metropolitan has board certified vets including a critical care specialist, internist, surgeons, and dermatologist among others. Dr Greer has been a vet for 24 years without the board certification. Go to Metropolitan. You get more expert care at a cheaper price.
