"Dr." White is the most unprofessional, vile person I've ever come in contact with. Extremely rude, screamed at me (a young woman) and told me that he "could smell the tuna boat from a mile away" as he berated me and my dog. I'm not sure what exactly that even means, but I'm fairly confident that he was referring to my lady parts. Absolutely disgusting human being, take your pet elsewhere unless you want to be screamed at and berated by an absolute maniac. I also have a video of his bizarre rant and plan to make it public and send it to the local newspaper.
