Rude, condescending delivery. I think she believes anyone who resides Dorchester has not been to college the way that she speaks to them. with very "Karen" attitude. I don't know about anyone else but I had the experience felt like I was at a free clinic and did not speak English the way she treated us. No thank you never again.
