Veterinarian Overview
Dr Coughlin grew up in Baltimore and attended the University of Maryland in College Park before going to Kansas State for veterinary school. After graduation , he practiced dog and cat medicine for 2 years in Phoenix, Arizona, before spending 18 months at an all-exotic animal hospital in Seattle, Washington. Dr Coughlin then moved home to Baltimore to work and be closer to family. He lives with his adopted pit bull and half a dozen small snakes. Outside of work, he can often be found photographing various wildlife and landscape scenes and visiting various zoos and aquariums in the area.
