Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Alison Key was born and raised in Takoma Park, MD. She received a BachelorÂ’s of Science at the University of Maryland College Park. In college, she became interested in Traditional Chinese Medicine while taking Tai Chi. Dr. Key obtained her DVM at the Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine at Virginia Tech.Dr. Key is certified by the International Veterinary Acupuncture Society (IVAS and completed studies in herbal medicine with courses at the Chi Institute in Florida. Dr. Key is excited to offer integrative medicine options to EverhartÂ’s patients.Dr. Key, her husband and their 2 daughters reside in Baltimore, Maryland with their 2 dogs and 3 cats.
