Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Kim Williams-VanDuzer was also born in upstate New York. Dr. Williams worked for a veterinary clinic since high school. She attended Boston University for her undergraduate degree. After college, she worked for a year in clinical neurology research at Boston University School of Medicine. She then attended Tufts University School of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Williams graduated with a DVM with Thesis degree. She published a paper in the area of equine reproduction. Following graduation, Dr. Williams worked at a small animal emergency clinic (AAVEC) for two years and then started a residency in Internal Medicine. She completed her residency and is currently pursing certification (called a Diplomate) in the specialty of Internal Medicine. She enjoys critical care cases, endocrine and GI cases as well as ultrasound and endoscopy.She has published a paper on Vetsulin and has others pending publication. Her favorite activities include spending time with her husband, 3 kids, 3 dogs, and cat. She also enjoys scrap-booking, horseback riding, and reading.
