Fortunately my girlfriend sought a second opinion and her dog is still alive. Had she followed this vet’s instructions, he’d be dead. She should have switched vets last year when she heard that other pets were misdiagnosed and customers were given inflated bills. After telling her story to others in the community, I found this to be a common theme in town. There are much better vets in the greater Portland area.
