Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Mimi Moore graduated from VA-MD Regional College of Veterinary Medicine at Virginia Tech in 1985. After working for one year in a mixed animal practice in Spotsylvania, VA she moved to Maine to join a classmate at Rockland Animal Hospital. Two years later she ventured off on her own to establish All Creatures Mobile Veterinary Hospital working out of a 23 ft. hospital on wheels making house calls and farm calls from her home in Rockville. Desiring to add an associate and provide expanded services to her clients, she built the existing hospital on Rt. 90 in 1994. Dr. Moore now lives in Thomaston with two cats, Simon and Rosie where she enjoys gardening and being the steward of a very special eight acres. In her spare time, she loves to hike, travel, read, canoe/kayak, fish, and is an avid fan of womens basketball. Dr. Moore is an active member of Nativity Lutheran Church in Rockport and volunteers through their outreach.
