Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Carol Courtney is a 1988 graduate of Rollins College where she earned a bachelors degree in Environmental Science. After directing outdoor programs in Massachusetts for five years, she returned to the University of Massachusetts to take the prerequisites for the veterinary school, graduating summa cum laude. She received her D.V.M. in 1998 from Michigan State University College of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Courtney works full time at a local Veterinary Clinic and fills in shifts when she can to satisfy her interest in Emergency Medicine.Her hobbies include; painting, surfing with her son, horseback riding with her daughters, and spending time with her husband and pets (2 dogs, 2 cats, 2 guinea pigs, 2 frogs and a horse).
