Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Schweizer earned his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the University of Missouri, Columbia, where he graduated magna cum laude in 1992. Veterinary medicine is his passion and he is a member of a number of prestigious professional veterinary organizations including: AVMA, MVMA, KCVMA, and AAV. He and his wife Ronee have three children, Jacob, Luke, and Timothy. They share their home with their beloved pets: Mr. Whiskers, a feline and Squirt, Blue and Jaws, three fish. When Dr. Schweizer is not working, he enjoys hobbies such as fishing, boating, swimming, gardening, and biking.
