Veterinarian Overview
ince 2010, Dr. Worth has provided care for pets at Imperial Animal Hospital. She has always loved animals and enjoys being around them and helping them, so a career in veterinary medicine was a natural choice. She views her experience as a veterinarian as a dream come true.As a high school student, Dr. Worth worked at a number of veterinary hospitals in St. Louis, Missouri. She graduated from Hendrix College with a Bachelors degree in Biology. She then went on to attend the University of Missouri Columbia on numerous scholarships, including the Ives Cardiff Scholarship for compassion and understanding the human-animal bond in veterinary medicine, the Lucy B. Davis Scholarship for small animal medicine and surgery, as well as the American Animal Hospital Association's Small Animal Medicine and Surgery Award.In her spare time, Dr. Worth spends time with her husband, Richard and daughter Rilee, three dogs Khloee, Oscar and Tanner and Mizzi the cat. She also likes to travel, play tennis, and spend time with her family.
