Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Ebert was raised on a farm in northwest Missouri, graduating from West Nodaway High School in 1964. He then attended the University of Missouri for his undergraduate education and veterinary school, graduating with his DVM degree in 1970. After graduation, Dr. Ebert served his country in the United States Air Force for 3 years. In 1975, Dr. Ebert founded Pleasant Hill Animal Clinic and has been proudly serving the area ever since. Dr. Ebert has been involved with many veterinary organizations, and is a past president of the Missouri Veterinary Medical Association and was named Missouri Veterinarian of the Year in 1988. He also served on the Pleasant Hill R-III School Board for 21 years. Dr. Ebert's professional interests are small animal soft tissue and orthopedic surgery, swine herd health, and exotic animal medicine. Dr. Ebert lives in Pleasant Hill with his wife Judy, and they are proud parents of 5 adult daughters and 11 grandchildren.
