We brought our Sophie to Dr. Cocayne for a second opinion after our vet gave Sophie a two-week prognosis. As a senior dog with cancer, Sophie's options, we were told, were limited. Thankfully, Dr. Cocayne is an optimist AND a great doctor, and said, "Age is not a disease. Cancer is a disease." We were able to proceed with surgery for Sophie, and she blessed us with another 18 months of quality life. We are so grateful that Dr. Cocayne didn't give up Sophie, because she enjoyed her life very much!
