Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Maage earned his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from The University of Minnesota. Dr. Maage is certified in acupuncture. Dr. Maage also excels at soft tissue surgery. Dr. Maage has a special interest in preg checking cattle. He has been described as kind of a legend in regards to his palpation skills. However, he is really enjoying ultrasound now as well as traditional palpation. Dr. Maage is married to our Vet Barn Manager, Deb. When he is not working, he likes to pack mules in the mountains and camp.
