Pete is one person that really takes care of his customers animals.
I have a kitty, 11 yo. She was feral and broke her leg as a baby. Brought her to you. You put cast on and process was long. She became a sweet house cat after that. Then she broke other leg when she jumped from cat tree. Again u casted her. She has been total inside cat and ver healthy..my husband had cancer and died, had to get rid of home of 50 years. Had to sell everything...no pocket money due to repairs needed. Moved to Clemmons in apt. It had been empty 30 days . New carpet installed. After moving here, she began pulling her fur out by roots, chewing etc. So bad it bleeds and scabs have formed on her body. She looks bad. Have done all I know to do. Afraid for her. Can't afford ins as 500 ded. And 30 % of care. Had no retirement as husband had cancer and I cared for him 15 years and had to take out retirement to live. Trying to make it on SS only. Already month behind on bills etc. My question is...is there anyway you can help her. She is the sweetest kitty. Can't stand to see her suffer. Don't know what to do. Email

I wanted to send out a special thank you on your kindness to my daughter and her huskey yesterday afternoon. You have always been excellent with our pets treatment and yesterday you were so kind during the whole process. This really made a hard situation a lot better. Thanks for what you and your staff do for all of us!
My dogs have gone to Dr. Pete for many years. He is very caring and compassionate and his staff is wonderful also. I have English bulldogs and I am glad Doctor Pete is here in Clemmons. He makes me feel very comfortable and explains things very in a very professional manner. We are fortunate to have Dr. Pete in Clemmons.

I feel very fortunate to have found Dr. Pete and his caring staff…he really understands about dogs/puppies and is excellent at explaining things about your dog. Also, I’d be remiss if I didn’t compliment his associate Dr Lynne Catania and now his on daughter, Dr Brown.
Dr Pete has taken care of my 20 year old cat speedy since he was a stray kitten. He is extremely competent and caring and always listens to your needs. I trust him with my beloved fur babies

Dr. Gilyard takes the time necessary to understand our concerns and always gives our pets a thorough examination. We have complete confidence in the care our animals receive from him. His responses and directions make clear that his attention is completely on the task at hand when he is caring for your animal.

Best vet I have spoken to in 5 years, he genuinely cares and gave me his personal number to message him my females temperatures before her c section. Highly recommend.
