Dr. Nevens is extremely professional , friendly and gentle with my dog. She takes the time to answer your questions and I never feel rushed. She explains things in a way you can understand. Her personality is great.
However, even with an appointment, you sit forever in the waiting room and then more time in the exam room. There's a sign that states if you wait more than 15 min in the room, let the front desk know. By that time you've waited over an hour.
One more comment. Front desk staff could do better making eye contact with you.
