Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Kim Patera joined the 24th Street gang in September of 2006. Kim is from the Omaha area and earned her bachelor's degree in Biology from UNO, and then her doctorate from Kansas State in 2005. Dentistry is of special interest to Kim, and she is an expert with our digital dental x-ray machine. Kim also treats our pocket pet patients. Her Golden Retriever, Gus, and our previous clinic cat, Ty, can't wait for her to get home, though. Kim and Gus can often be seen outside together, since she loves to be out camping, hiking, gardening, and she loves photography.
