Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Kathy Calvert started her medical career as a registered nurse. After 6 years of nursing, she went to veterinary school at Iowa State University where she received her D.V.M in 1990.Dr. Calvert comes to LAH after 21 years in Lincoln. She is married to Jim Wiese, a proud mother to 6 children/step-children, and grandmother of 10. Dr Calvert works at LAH with her brother, Dr. Tom Calvert. She enjoys pottery and reading in her free time.
