Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Emily Gamm joined the South Sioux Animal Hospital family in June 2015. She graduated from Iowa State University, where she got both her undergraduate (B.S., Animal Ecology) and veterinary degrees. Dr. Gamm is a Siouxland native and is excited to be back practicing in the area. She loves meeting our many wonderful clients and seeing the wide variety of cases that come in the door. While Dr. Gamm will happily see your dogs and cats, she is especially interested in exotic animal medicine (all things furry, feathered and scaled), and she has received training in multiple zoos and wildlife organizations.Outside of work, Dr. Gamm enjoys traveling (her favorite places are Scotland and northwest Montana), spending time hiking and camping in the great outdoors, reading, and attending ISU athletic events (Go Cyclones!). She has one cat, Hodgins, and one dog, Barkley.Dr. Gamm looks forward to meeting you and your pets!
