Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Hanley grew up in Kinnelon NJ and knew she wanted to be a veterinarian since the age of 5. She earned her Bachelors of Science degree in Biology from Villanova University in 2012. She began shadowing and interning with Dr. Garro in 2010 and continued to intern every summer since. She then went on to earn her VMD from the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine in 2016 and graduated as a member of the Phi Zeta Honor Society. She is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA) and the New Jersey Veterinary Medical Association (NJVMA). She is also certified though the Nation Veterinary Business Management Association (VBMA) Business Certificate Program.
Dr. Hanley enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine, but has special interest in soft tissue surgery, preventative medicine, internal medicine, dentistry and radiology. Outside of veterinary medicine, Dr. Hanley enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching sports, particularly the NY Giants, hiking with her German Shepard Mix Eli and playing Quidditch competitively.
