Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Bingaman was born and raised in Central Pennsylvania. He earned his bachelor's degree with a major in biology from Lycoming College. He received his Veterinariae Medicinae Doctoris from University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine in 1970. Dr. B. has been with Hamburg Veterinary Clinic since 1975 and is co-owner of the clinic with Dr Martens.
