Dr. Smith is always very thorough in treating our dogs. He is kind and gentle with them and reassures them. His questions reveal his eagerness to learn as much as he can about each dog and her situation, so that he can diagnose any problems and so he catch potential issues before they become serious. He also explains issues with the dogs very clearly and completely.
I haven't needed urgent care, thankfully, so didn't answer this question.
