Veterinarian Overview
Dr. Terri Schneider joined Newton Veterinary Hospital in November 2007. She has BS in Biology and graduated Summa Cum Laude from The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1995. She was published in the Journal of Veterinary Internal Medicine and has special interests in feline medicine and ophthalmology. Dr. Schneider has also bred and shown CFA registered himalayan and persian cats. Dr. Schneider has worked both in emergency and preventative medicine prior to joining Newton Veterinary Hospital. When not at work, Dr. Schneider enjoys anything outdoors - notably nature walks and hiking with her dogs, fishing and gardening. When forced to be indoors, she enjoys reading, cooking, music and computers. Dr. Schneider has two himalayan cats, two cavalier spaniels and one very large hermit crab named Chuck.
