I do not recommend long waits and I was going there for more then 5 years. They did not answer their phone when my Bishon got sick last July. Never even returned my call. I went to a new vet I didn't know they were excellent near me on rt 22 greenbrook. They saved his life. On Jan 2 my 14 yr old bishon died in his sleep. They said they were going home and to leave him all night deceased and bring him at 10 am when there ready. No compassion. I won't go there anymore I would look for a more caring vet. They were also more expensive then other vets and charged me for shots for my 2 dogs that they didn't need
We had a negative experience with this Practice and hope that they use this experience to improve their basic medical skills. This Practice did not carry out a thorough exam, misread an X-ray, misdiagnosed our cat and therefore prescribed unnecessary medication and allowed a serious condition to go unnoticed. When his condition deteriorated, did not give him an emergency appointment. Another vet correctly diagnosed him, and due to our dear cat’s condition we had to put him to sleep. We do not know if our cat could have been saved had the Faith Clinic diagnosed our cat correctly, but it could have saved us, and our pet unneeded stress and heartache. We were also unhappy with the conversation we had with this Practice when we informed them of our cat’s condition. Without going into detail, it was dismissive and uncaring. All we want is this Practice to improve its services and learn from their mistake so that no other pet owner has to go through what we did.
