Veterinarian Overview
A Detroit native, Dr. Maryellen Voigt has practiced medicine at St. Georges since 1987. Dr. Voigt attended the University of Missouri, Columbia, and received a Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture in 1984. She went on to attend the University of Missouri College of Veterinary Medicine and was awarded her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 1987. Dr. Voigt's professional interests include ophthalmology and soft tissue surgery.Dr. Voigt is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association and the Metropolitan New Jersey Medical Association. Her outside hobbies and interests include softball, hiking, golf and skiing. She also enjoys spending time with her husband, John, and their four children, Rachel, Hannah, Jacqueline and Daniel.
