Alison Roberson was very condescending. Treated my sick dog like she was just a number. She had.no empathy or sympathy. Appeared to just be interested in racking up the bill. She didn't seem to even like animals. I've always taken my dog to Green Valley Animal Hospital but am considering finding another clinic to take my dog. Very very rude and appeared to have "a chip on her shoulder "
Explained everything in her medical terms and if you asked her to clarify something she became irritated. Definitely not a people or animal person. It appeared she uses scare tactics on pet owners to get more money out of them. Would never let her touch my dog again. She should find another line of employment.
