I took my beloved husky, lola, to Ann Road Animal hospital for a second opinion. Having never been here before, Dr. Amanda Ford handled the case. The first thing she did after i explained what was going on was to take an x-ray, something my previous vet NEVER did. Upon examining the x-ray, Dr. Ford gave me the bad news that Lola had cancer. Dr. Ford explained all the options available to me. The determining factor was no guarantee surgery would be successful and she would be in pain. I chose the option of making Lola comfortable in her ending days. When the time came to euthanize Lola, Dr. Ford made arrangements to euthanize Lola at home, surrounded by her son
Doctor Ford is a great doctor and I’m really saddened that she no longer at Ann road animal hospital. Now I have to get another doctor there,because Dr Ford is the only doctor I have Used. If the other doctor’s are as good and thoughtful I will keep going to Ann road animal hospital
